Visit www.harvardpilgrim.org/wellnessaccount (please note, this site works better in Google’s Chrome web browser).
If you already have a Harvard Pilgrim online account, enter your username and password and log in. If not, create a member account first.
If you are not a Harvard Pilgrim member, click “Create Guest Account” using the program code C54767. It may take up to 24 hours for your guest account to be activated.
Once you’re logged in, complete the welcome page with your language preference, sign-in name and email address.
Download the App
Download the Limeade app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Open the app and enter the program code HPHC.
Log in using your Harvard Pilgrim member account or guest account.
Connect Your Device
Log into your member or guest account at www.harvardpilgrim.org/wellnessaccount.
Go to Settings, then Apps & Devices. You can access this on the home page by clicking the drop-down arrow next to your profile photo.
Select Connect. You will be prompted to log in to your account linked to your selected app or device. If you need to download an app, click Get It. Fitbit users must select the “allow all” option to sync their device. If your device is not listed, it is not compatible and can’t be connected.
When you join an activity or challenge, your device will automatically track your activity when applicable.
You can also connect your device on the Limeade app.
FAQs
I am not a Harvard Pilgrim member. Can I still participate?
Yes. The program is available to all employees of MAPFRE. Go to www.harvardpilgrim.org/wellnessaccount and click on Create Guest Account. Use code C54767 to create your account.
How will my Living Well username be used?
Your username (also called Sign-in Name) will appear throughout the platform as you track your progress, share comments and compete on the leader boards. You do not need to use personal, identifiable information if you wish to remain anonymous. Feel free to be creative when selecting a username!
To change your username, please click on the small icon of a person in the upper right-hand corner of the home page screen. From there, click the “Settings” button. A new screen will load. Once this new page has loaded, the first option should read “Sign-In Information.” Please click the button that says, “Change Sign-In Name.” Type in the username you wish to be identified as and click “Change Sign-In Name.”
How do I earn points?
Complete the showcased activities and remember to visit the program often because new activities will be added, giving you new ways to earn points toward rewards. To see points reflected in your account, click on an activity and click the red track button. Some activities may require tracking on multiple days.
How do I know how many points I have and what level I am on?
On your home page, you will see a box on the right of the screen that will show what level you are in currently, how many points you have earned and the amount of points you will need to earn to complete that level.
What are the points redeemed for?
200 points = $20 Amazon gift card
400 points = $40 Amazon gift card
600 points = $60 Amazon gift card
Please note, you may accumulate more than 600 points. However, the maximum points that you may redeem per year under the program is 600.
Are the gift cards taxable?
Gift cards are taxable to MAPFRE employees regardless of the amount. IRS regulations stipulate that for employees who receive any gift of cash, gift card or cash equivalent, the amount must be included in the recipient’s gross income on their pay statement and is fully taxable.
How do I join a challenge?
To join a challenge, click on the challenge tile and click “join” for an individual challenge. If the challenge is a team challenge, click on the challenge, search for the team you would like to join, then click “join.”
You may join a challenge on the day it begins, or at any time after it begins. There is no advance signup period available for challenges.
I don’t have a compatible app or device. Can I track my steps manually?
You may track your steps manually by clicking on the challenge tile, selecting the date of the activity, entering the number of steps and clicking “track” to record them.
