Worker’s Compensation
When an employee is injured in their workplace, notice must be given to Human Resources of the work-related accident or injury. The employee’s supervisor is required to complete the Supervisor’s Accident Report form and forward it to Human Resources for review and filing with the Worker’s Compensation carrier as soon as possible.
